Sarah Campden, CTech
Sarah Campden is a Certified Technician with the Applied Science Technologists and Technicians of British Columbia (ASTTBC). Sarah has over 10 years experience in the civil engineering design, planning and legal surveying in BC, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. She is the principal of Made to Measure Consulting Inc.
Sarah’s experience includes project management, design and drafting for all types of legal survey, land development and municipal infrastructure plans and projects, construction observation and as-constructed drawing production. She has worked on projects for private businesses and for all levels of government involved in land development.
Sarah is the Chair of the British Columbia Women in Technology (BCWiT), a group within the ASTTBC and was awarded the Professional Leadership Award for Women in Technology in 2009. She also volunteers with Junior Achievement British Columbia (JABC) by facilitating the Business Basics program to young people in grades 5 and 6 at schools throughout Greater Victoria.
Sarah’s home neighbourhood in Saanich has become an interest in her life as she is quite often participating in recreation centre programs and is a member of the Quadra Cedar Hill Community Association. She has a black belt in Shaolin Kung Fu, and enjoys skiing and trying new sports. She is married to David, an automotive technician at Wille Dodge and they have a young daughter Thea.

Allison Fedrigo, EIT, B.A.Sc.
Allison Fedrigo has recently returned to her engineering career after a period of parental leave.
Born and raised in Victoria, Allison graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering (with Honours) from the University of British Columbia. Upon graduation she gained experience with the Ministry of Transportation, working in Victoria and Kamloops on a variety of projects, including preliminary highway route design, traffic engineering, oil-water separator design, geotechnical investigation, contaminated site investigation and foundation analysis and design.
She recently completed AutoCAD Civil 3D Training in the AutoCAD Certificate program at Camosun College.
In addition to volunteering at her children’s school, she has a special interest in gardening and landscaping, obtaining Master Gardener Certification in 2008.
